SAP calculations are usually just the start. A new dwelling also needs a water efficiency calculation, an air test of every plot, sound tests where it is attached to a neighbour, an EPC on completion, and — depending on the site — an overheating report and a planning energy statement. Rather than juggling a supplier for each, the Compliance Pack covers the lot:
- SAP calculations — design stage and as-built, with the BREL reports and the photographic-evidence review
- The EPC — lodged from the as-built SAP within five days of completion
- Part G water calculations — 125 or 110 litres per person per day, as the planning condition requires

What order do the reports happen in?

Air test when the envelope is complete and sealed; sound test once rooms either side of the party wall are finished. Then the as-built SAP, the completion BREL and the EPC within five days of completion.

The desktop work — SAP, EPC, water calculations, Part O, energy statements — is done from your drawings for sites anywhere in England and Wales.
