What this checks
Paid reports from ΨMonkey (thermal bridging, IDs TB-…), WaterMonkey (Part G,
WM-…), SoakMonkey (BRE 365 soakaways, SM-…), NutrientMonkey
(nutrient neutrality, NM-…) and U-Monkey's condensation risk assessment
(CR-…) are registered with us at the moment of purchase, together with a
cryptographic fingerprint of the exact PDF issued. A matching ID confirms we issued a report
of that type, on that date, for that project reference. Adding the PDF confirms the file
you're holding hasn't been altered since — every byte is checked.
If a report doesn't verify and you believe it should, email mail@energycount.co.uk with the ID and we'll look into it. Reports issued before July 2026 predate the registry and won't be found here — contact us and we'll verify those manually.
